A board of 8 trustees from the United States who are citizens of the U.S.A governs the Kingdom Foundation currently. The trustees, as a board through committees, sets policies relating to spending, management, governance, and professional standards for investment, grant making and geographic focus. They also oversee the internal and the external operation of the foundation representing the foundation before the public, review the performance of the outreach programs that have been funded.
The board generally does not approve grants. It delegates that authority to the president and then reviews the approved actions at regular board meetings.
The board meets quarterly, unless there are outstanding issues that need to be addressed. than a emergency meeting would be called.
Currently all the trustees are volunteers including the president.
