THE KINGDOM FOUNDATION LEADS MISSION TRIP TO THE PHILIPPINES
TO PERSONALLY DELIVER THE GOOD NEWS OF THE GOSPEL TO THE LOST
LOOMIS, CA—“There are 77 million unsaved people in the Philippines, which means there is a big job that needs to be done. We are gathering resources and assembling our plans for an all-out revival movement on our mission trip there this September,” declared Gary Hamner, chairman of the board of The Kingdom Foundation.
“We will be traveling with approximately 20 people, going to a number of different cities seeking the lost. We will take the awesome Christian band ‘Machaira’ with us, and stage concerts featuring two major elements: preaching the gospel and their music,” he continued. “We also will be bringing Bibles and other materials with us to give away to anyone.”
The Kingdom Foundation (thekingdomfoundation.com) is a California-based non profit 501(c)3 corporation that exists to spread the good news of the gospel and to save the lost. The Foundation encourages all who have an interest in outreach, evangelism, and saving the lost to contribute to organizations efforts via the “DONATION” icon on their website.
The Kingdom Foundation conducted a very successful mission trip into Russia last year, savings thousands. Since returning from the trip, the foundation has helped to rebuild the infrastructure in one of the churches in which it conducted an evangelism event, the Holy Trinity Baptist Church in Lipetsk, Russia.
The foundation’s free Bible program has been instrumental in offering the living Word of God to anyone who asks. The Bibles are in the New Living Testament translation, which is best known for its easy readability. In the past three years, more than 3,600 Bibles have been given away by The Kingdom Foundation.
There will be a special focus on reaching high school and college aged youth on the Philippines mission trip. “Alcoholism and drug abuse are rampant, corroding the very fiber of lives in older teens and young adults,” said Gary. “We are working with the local pastors, churches and Christian organizations to develop a plan that will get the maximum impact from our resources—time, people, materials, and servant’s hearts.”
